Red Cross Rehabilitation Center for PwD's, District Red Cross Society Faridabad is seriously dedicated for overall development of PwD's. District Red Cross Society, Faridabad is running a Rehabilitation Centre for PwD's for providing Artificial Limbs, Aids and Appliances. An experienced and dedicated staff is providing services by preparing Artificial limbs continuously since 1987. PwD's of all Wards and Villages in Faridabad were given help accordingly to their needs, so that they can be part of mainstream of Society.

Mobile Work Shop for PwD's, The Mobile workshop installed with the machineries of new technologies to prepare the Artificial limbs, Aid & Appliances for PwD's. The bus is being mobilized in rural/urban areas of the District according to the calendar prepared & provides Artificial limbs, Aid & Appliances for PwD's at their door step.

Beside this, the van is also covering other Districts of Haryana as & when required & keeping in view the good services rendered by the mobile van, the demand is increasing day by day. This is the first Mobile Workshop in the Haryana State. Beside this, including Faridabad other 4 Districts i.e Palwal, Mewat, Gurgaon & Narnaul have also been covered by the mobile van. The expert team of Red Cross Rehabilitation Center Faridabad is providing services very dedicatedly and honestly in this workshop.

G. I. A. under ADIP Scheme, The Branch applied for Grant-in-Aid for purchase and fitting of Artificial Limbs, Aids and Appliances for PwD's at Social Justice & Empowerment Department. An amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- has been sanction as Grant-in-Aid for the year 2014-15

Physiotherapy Centre, Physiotherapy Centre is providing free services for the patients of back bone pain , cervical, painful inflammation and stiffness of the joints etc.

School for Mentally Retarded Children, The branch has started a project " School for Mentally Retarded Children" in a joint venture with Rajasthan Association, Faridabad at Sector-14, Faridabad for the Mentally Retarded Children's. All the facilities are being properly given to MR Children's to stand by their own and perform daily routine works so that others may not feel them as Burden. The expert / specialized staff have been dedicatedly performing duties and currently 24 MR Children are availing the facilities from this School.

Mental Health Care Center,The branch has also started "Mental Health Care Centre" in a joint venture with Faridabad Industrial Association, Faridabad at Sector 14, Faridabad. The centre is providing the Health Checkup and provides different therapies to improve them in all aspects. The expert / specialized staff have been dedicatedly providing services and 595 MR Children are availing the facilities.

Vocational Training Institute to M.R. Children, The branch has started "Vocational Training Center for Intellectually Challenged" in the joint venture with Bharat Vikas Parishad. The center is arranging to provide training to the Intellectually Challenged to make Dona, Files, Candles & Rakhies etc. so that they could earn some money and help their families. 30 intellectually Challenged Children are getting different vocational training from this centre. The center is providing very useful service for upliftment of the retarded children.

Drug De Addiction Center, Society had taken initiative to start the Drug De Addiction Center. The center is doing commendable work for welfare of drug addicts. Indoor & Outdoor both facilities are being provided with counseling. Follow up and yoga therapies are also available for the addicts and help them to recover fast.

Red Cross Institute of Computer Technology, Different courses are being offered by the Centre. The collected fees will be shared on the basis of 60%-40%.

Training on Wheels (E-Vidya Vahini), Through this project our purpose is to generate a pool of skilled Persons who have minimum basic knowledge of any Constructive skill. The project is targeted at the literate adults who are unable to get benefits of government social schemes and projects for their Socio-economic upliftment. All schemes state as well as central are mostly dependent on knowledge and use of computers. It's an effort towards creating a pool of employable youth from the underprivileged section through skill enhancement in tandem with market requirement.

Stitching / Embroidery Centre, Stitching / Embroidery Centre for the Illiterate, Literate and Needy Women and girls of backwards colonies / societies

Beautician Training Centre, Beautician Training Centre for the Illiterate, Literate and Needy Women and girls of backwards colonies / societies so that they could stand at their own.

Family Counselling Centre,The cases reported are of different type as male adjustment with spouse or in laws due to dowry demand, extra marital relationship, Drug Abuse and alcoholism, Personality differences, Economic crisis etc. cases of Pre-marital counseling given to settle down the misunderstanding.

TB Control Project,Grant-in-Aid project from Indian Red Cross Society, National Branch through Haryana State Branch for treatment of Dropout patients of TB. Healthy diet with regular checkup and Medicines are being provided to Cat. II TB Patients.

Vocational Training to Poor Girls (Bed side Assistant),The Branch is running a Training Center with the help of "Anugrah" NGO at Nari Niketan Building, S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad and providing 2 months training course of Bed Side Assistant / Aaya to the needy and poor girls of the area. The placements of such trainees are also being given through Job fairs and reputed Hospitals of the district were invited to conduct the interviews and select. 60 poor girls were benefitted from this center and get job in different hospitals.

Working Women Hostel,DRCS is maintaining a Working Women Hostel in Sector -16, for the working women's of other districts on nominal rates to provide safe and secure atmosphere.

Bharat Mata Kusht Ashram ,District Red Cross Society is continuously provides free ration @600/- P.M. per leper of Bharat Mata Kusth Ashram. 92 leprosy patients were benefitted during the year.

Rain Basera,Every Year, District Red Cross Society Faridabad provide Rain Basera (Night Shelters) during winter season for poor and other needy persons sleeping in the open area or deserted persons. The facilities of morning tea and snacks are also being provided. The Red Cross Society is maintaining 4 rain baseras and 2 temporary rain basera in the Faridabad with all possible facilities such as beddings bath rooms and breakfast.

Welfare of Blind Master Canners ,Red Cross Society, Faridabad had absorbed 7 blind master canners in the service, pay & allowances are being paid to them regularly.

Treatment in the Hospital for the persons of Weaker Section, BPL card Holders and Class IV employees. ,Treatment in the 4 Hospitals i.e Asian Hospital, Sunflag Hospital, Sarvodaya Hospital and Metro Hospital on discount upto 70% for the persons of Weaker Section, BPL card Holders and Class IV employees.

Training in First Aid & Home Nursing, students of School, College, Employees of different companies, Factories and all interested candidates were trained so that maximum numbers of life could be saved in any kind of Mis- happening and Disaster.

Blood Donation Movement , The Yearly Blood Donation Camp Calender is prepared. 1st Position for collection of Maximum Blood Units in Haryana State from continuously 2 years. Total 31433 units were collected during the year 2014-2015.

Multiple Blood Donors Master Card, The Master card has been prepared for the Multiple Blood Donors for record.

Blood Donors Directory,The Directory of Emergency Blood Donors with Contact Number and Blood Group has been prepared by the branch.

Quick Response Team for Disaster Management,List of Trained Volunteers / Youth Red Cross students of colleges has been prepared for instant relief to the victims of any kind of Disaster.

Youth Red Cross Brigade & Junior Red Cross Brigade, Youth Red Cross Brigade has been created In each college / Institutions of the District. Junior Red Cross Brigade has been created In each Schools of the District

Ambulance Services, BLS Ambulance provided by NBCC for the Transportation of Road side accidents victims to the hospital. Hearse Van (शव वाहन) for transportation of Dead Bodies. Mahindra Bolero Ambulance for Emergency services.
